Is It Possible To Lose Fat And Gain Muscle At The Same Time?Lots of professionals say that its not possible owing to the fact that the human body requires an adequate amount of calories for muscle development and that a low calorie diet defeats the very purpose of building lean muscle.
These professionals are absolutely spot-on in saying that muscle build-up needs additional calories whereas, paradoxically, weight loss necessitates a net calorie deficit. Building muscle mass and weight loss are diametrically opposed to each other and when you build up muscles, you are in fact gaining weight technically speaking. But we need to draw a clear line between losing weight and shedding surplus body fat. You need to know that it is possible to shed additional flab while at the same time build muscle mass in certain instances.
Suppose you consume anabolic steroids (this is not advisable and I recommend against doing so) or if you are new to weight-training, your muscles are bound to respond in quick fashion despite being on an average calorie diet. Thus, fat can be lost (timing is really crucial as excess fat can simply be burned by right timing and calorie deficit diet). This typically happens when there is an optimal adjustment in your body constitution, particularly when the percentage of lean muscle mass rises and the fat mass lessens in proportion.

So I’ve been trying to fix this problem for some time. My left peck is nice and full, but my right peck is a bit lop-sided. When I am not flexing it, it is fine, but when I do flex it, all the muscle near the middle goes toward the right, leaving the middle pretty much muscle-less.
I am new to the forum and to weightlifting. I can not seem to get my bench to raise. I have added 100 lbs to my squat and dead lift in a short time but no matter what I try to do I can’t raise my bench. Please give some helpful hints if you have any.
