I’m Trying To Lose Weight But I’m Hungry All The Time, Why?Hunger pangs are common if you are not prepared on your weight loss plan.
There are a couple reasons for this:
1. You are not eating enough
2. You are eating the wrong foods
Focus on eating the correct foods… foods that satisfy your appetite such as lean proteins, healthy fats and fiber filled foods. Sugary carbs leave you feeling unsatisfied and hungry minutes after you consume them. Another easy tip is to eat 6 smaller meals a day so that you are constantly feeding your body healthy food and not giving it a chance to get hungry.
Hunger can also be confused with thirst signals. If you feel hungry, drink a glass of water. Alot of times this will satisfy your craving and you won’t feel hungry anymore.
