Many women are thinking about the traditional, slow cardio they see people do at the gym for up to an hour every day. By working on strength you can split your exercise program so you can do it during break times at the office. I have great workday routines that help you lose weight without even going to the gym: you can do them in your office or at home because no equipment is necessary.
As an example, rather than going to the break room during break time, you can do some squats, lunges or pushups behind your desk. The important thing is that you’re only exercising five or ten minutes at time because you’re efforts will add up to impressive results.
