How Do I Lose Weight Off Of My Belly, Butt And Thighs?

Believe it or not, all weight loss is about the same. There is no such thing as spot reducing a certain body part. When your body loses weight, it loses it in equal amounts. Think of it this way:
The fat on your body is like an onion. It has layers that lie on top of each other. The areas of your body with the most fat, will take the longest to time to get rid of. (These are usually your trouble areas)
As you exercise, you use up the stored fat as energy and your body takes the fat equally from different areas.

The way to get rid of the fat off of your belly, butt and thighs is to do exercises that burn lots of calories fast such as full body exercises like cleans, eliminators, deadlifts (sounds intimidating, but it’s really not once you do a couple of them) and burst training. These high intensity exercises cause you to use multiple muscle groups which will make you burn more calories and lose more fat.

Identifying abdominal fat burning foods will help you make the right choices to burn off more abdominal fat than you consume. The stomach fat burning dieting secret to losing weight is to eat and drink until you are full and satisfied, choosing foods that burn more calories than you eat. This helps your body burn up the excessive useless stored fat.

  2. The main problem that I see with the way sure abs machines are promoted is that they are portrayed as being able to make you burn belly fat. I highly doubt that this is the case basically because you cannot spot reduce fat from a specific body part with exercise. Our body sheds fat as a single unit. Whether they do legs exercises or abs exercises, they lose fat according to our genetics and nothing else.

The first thing you must understand is that there is no physical exercises that can reduce fat from a specific parts of the body. When you burn fat for energy, as during an aerobic activity, fat loss will occur systemically, i.e., from all over the body. But since fat distribution naturally varies from person to person, depending on inherited genetic factors, some people will tend to lose abdominal fat faster while others may lose fat at say hips or thighs faster. So do not compare your abdominal fat loss graph with others.
