As I Age, I’m Getting “Flabby, Sagging Arms” How Do i Fix This?Ageing accelerates loss of skin elasticity. Once this happens, the skin becomes less agile in upholding the subcutaneous layer of fat resulting in sagging fat levels. Sometimes, you may then have facial jowls and flabby arms. Unfortunately, loss of skin elasticity is almost irreversible. But you may train your arms to be as lean as possible. This will reduce the quantity of flab and tone the muscle beneath the layers of fat.
An easy fix for flabby arm syndrome is to do low to medium intensity cardiovascular workouts for about 30-60 minutes. Do this 3 times a week and you will see your flabby arms getting leaner. You should avoid food rich in refined or high glycemic index carbohydrates and saturated fats. Doing dumbbell exercises (at ten iterations) such as triceps extensions usually helps as it trains the triceps.

You make some interesting points…I’d like to know what you would recommend in my situation. My goal is to shed about 15 pounds in the next couple of months. But there are such a huge number of “systems” out there and I have no idea which one to trust. Can somebody point me towards a good plan for burning fat and packing on muscle?
You made some good points there. I did a search on the topic and found most people will agree with your blog.
The unseen time bomb in all of this is that as peoplefight to downsize obesity the resultant effect of all of this then emerges as fitness levels tightens up with no available exercise being taken and more disease becoming prevalent…If Central Governments don’t take a grip soon then we could be facing an over weight problem.
